Increase Your Body Awareness, Express Your Spirit
Come, accept and celebrate yourself and your body – the home of your spirit – through the following playful and insightful classes.
Mindful Movement I – Increase the awareness of your body and how you feel with your body. Reach a place of love and acceptance to truly have fun with your body and your movements.
Mindful Movement II – Increase awareness of your body’s ways of moving and expressing itself. How you move your body is how you move in the world.
Mindful Movement III – Strengthen and soften your body and express your spirit.
All classes are based on body awareness training, calisthenics, general exercise, creative expression, dance technique and improvisation, yoga and relaxation.
A minimum of 6 people is required to receive one or all of the above classes.
